Thoovanam Falls is a popular waterfall of Devikulam, lying within Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary. The waterfall is formed by river Pambar, which flows eastwards through the wildlife reserve. Unlike most of the reserve region, Thoovanam Falls remains open for tourists round the year.

Karimutti Forest Station to Thoovanam waterfalls is a  trekking trail that allows travellers to explore wildlife while venturing deep into the forest. Trekking through dry and deciduous forest provides a glimpse of several endemic and rare species.

Thoovanam waterfalls lie in the Chinnar wildlife sanctuary. It is situated near Marayoor in Idukki district. It originates from the part of the Pamba River that flows through the sanctuary. In order to reach this waterfall one has to trek from the Karimutti forest station. While on the way one gets the chance to see animals and flora in this sanctuary.
